 Al Udwin, has worked in the multi-family industry in Southern California since 1976 at every level, from carpenter to President of

Construction for industry leaders including Archstone, Alliance Residential, and The Hanover Company, among others. Highlighting Al's highrise experience is the 4550 Cherry Creek Apartments in Glendale, Colorado: a 286-unit, 23-story high-rise over 6 levels of parking structure. As a licensed contractor since 1978, Al has developed a strong understanding for the multi-family construction systems and has applied that knowledge, combined with the ability to innovate and pivot these systems into modular technology. Al has traveled all over the world

visiting volumetric modular manufacturers’ facilities and stood on the modular factory floor for over a year, developing and problem-solving

the systems that were implemented in the 4252 Crenshaw project, a record-breaking first modular wood frame 111-unit project in Los

Angeles, as the contractor's license holder for Universal Standard Housing. The 6-story type III, 740 Alvarado 88-unit project became the first

wood frame 6-story modular project in Los Angeles and benefited from many of the modular "lessons learned" from 4252 Crenshaw. With a

394-unit modular project in Los Angeles currently under construction, Al is continuing to bring innovation to the modular format with an

increase in typically site-built construction tasks to be performed in the factory, further accelerating and minimizing the total project

durations.

 Kenny has been leading modular set teams and logistics operations for over 20 years and has successfully set over 20,000 modules to date.

He started working in the modular industry in 1997 and became a foreman, running set crews since 2011. Kenny’s work with developers and

contractors across the U.S. spans construction sectors including hospitality, education, multi-family, senior living and affordable housing,

delivering quality installations for modular buildings with a clear focus on safe installation practices and modular installation accuracy.

Kenny’s 13+ years of hands-on experience is unparalleled in the industry when it comes to modular project planning and design, safe

execution, budgeting, and logistics coordination. Through his vast experience, he has developed a keen eye for protecting the Project

Owner’s modular investment by anticipating risk management opportunities in shipping, logistics, and weather protection. Protecting the

modules that we set from vandalism, weather, and other concerns has always been a priority.

 With over 15 years of large, high-end multi-family construction experience in California, Scott takes the lead role in all multifamily modular

design management, oversees budget and schedule creation, modular logistics planning and coordination, modular consulting, and

construction field management. Scott's ability to visualize, problem-solve, manage, and complete both field and factory construction has

proven to be a key to successful modular projects for MODSET. Retaining multi-family real estate development clients with over 4,000

modular units in various stages of entitlements, plan check, preconstruction, and construction, Scott has guided these projects to the most

modular efficient design from a constructability and logistics perspective. Scott leverages his close relationships with the nation’s largest

premier modular manufacturers to find the best-suited manufacturer for MODSET's clients. Scott oversees MODSETs business development,

logistics planning, and field operations.
