The Walk - Norwalk CA
MODBLT is serving as the modular general contractor for The Walk, a transformative 375 unit, 499 module mixed-use development that is helping shape the future of downtown Norwalk. As one of three prime contractors on the project, MODBLT is responsible for the delivery of the modular multifamily residential component, working in close coordination with the parking structure and sitework/retail contractors to ensure seamless project execution.
The Walk is designed to create a vibrant, pedestrian-focused community centered around landscaped pathways, public gathering spaces, and thoughtfully integrated amenities. Through innovative modular construction methods and collaborative project leadership, MODBLT is helping bring this landmark development to life as part of Norwalk's ongoing revitalization efforts.
The Walk broke ground in February 2026, with MODBLT commencing its scope of work in June 2026 as the modular general contractor for the multifamily residential portion of the development.
