MODSET, our B-1 Licensed general contracting and modular setting division, has the ability to be a turnkey service in conjunction with MODBLT's consulting and preconstruction efforts. If a general contractor is already selected, MODSET has the ability to effectively coordinate traffic control, shipping, and modular installation separately.
